Let’s face the reality: anxiety will show up regardless of how deep your faith runs. It will sit next to you on the front pew, whisper in your ear during worship, and burden you even when your hands are raised.

As it stands, the church ought to be the most accommodating environment for harboring your most painful truths; however, for countless others, it becomes the most difficult place to articulate, “I’m unwell.”

If this sounds familiar, you're not shattered. You’re not cowardly. And you’re not a weak Christian.

You're simply human, and God still calls you holy ground.

📖 Philippians 4:6–7 was not written to scold you to silence—it instead offers an embrace. It welcomes you to ‘presence’ rather than performance.
